1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using One Line Loop ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

One Line Loop is a micro-SaaS that sends daily email prompts at approximately 8:00pm local time. Users reply with a single line (≤120 characters) which is stored and synced with a web application. The service includes streak tracking, history viewing, and optional sharing features.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your email address remains valid and accessible
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• The content of your daily entries and its appropriateness

4. No Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. One Line Loop, its operators, and affiliates:

• Make no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the service
• Take no responsibility for any data loss, service interruptions, or technical issues
• Are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Do not guarantee email delivery or that prompts will be sent at exact times
• Are not responsible for any third-party services (Firebase, Stripe, Mailjet) or their availability

YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. Payment and Refunds

One Line Loop operates on a subscription model:

• Monthly subscription: $2/month
• Annual subscription: $20/year (17% savings)
• 7-day free trial for new subscribers
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

REFUND POLICY: One Line Loop does not offer refunds except where required by law, during the 7-day trial period, or at the reasonable discretion of One Line Loop staff. All refund decisions are final.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the service or other users
• Non-payment of subscription fees

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data necessary to provide the service, including:

• Email address for authentication and daily prompts
• Timezone preference for prompt scheduling
• Daily entries (≤120 characters each)
• Streak and usage statistics
• Payment information (processed by Stripe)

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your daily entries. By using the service, you grant One Line Loop a limited license to store, process, and display your entries as necessary to provide the service. You may not use our service to infringe on others' intellectual property rights.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any service interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
